"When Beet Street, Ft Collins Cultural District, was launched at an event in downtown September 19, 2007, All Occasions did a super job. Paul Pellegrino, President, took time to meet with me and help me design a varied menu, one that helped showcase how unique Beet Street is to the area. In a collaborative nature, he and his staff agreed to pick-up, plate and present donated items from several area restaurants. They designed creative, welcoming and easy-to-navigate service area in Civic Center Park, no small feat since it is not an area typically utilized for food and drink service. They embraced our request of the importance of maintaining a "green" focus and recycled most of the waste.
"We used All Occasions again on September 20th fir a Continental Breakfast with John Villani, author of The 100 Best Art Towns in America: A Guide to Galleries, Museums, Festivals, Lodging, & Dining. Even though we were all beat from the late night before, the coffee was strong, treats fresh and the presentation professional. As the Beet Street program schedule is finalized through 2008, we will definitely choose All Occasions Catering to assist us again."

"I have used Paul Pellegrino owner of All Occasions Catering for many of our special events. All Occasions was chosen to cater our daughter's New Year's Eve Wedding Reception (290 guests), son's rehearsal dinner (165 guests), Grand Opening of our Cadillac store (400+ guests), and my mother's 80th birthday tea party (101 guests) because of the fine quality of food used, professionalism demonstrated during the event, creativity with the menu, value of service, and most importantly, ease to work with. Paul has been open to our suggestions at each event. He was able to make each event a reflection of us and what we wanted to portray. We were totally satisfied with the outcome at each event and as you can see they were all quite different. We knew in advance what we could expect and it happened just as we imagined. Paul is up to date with the office end of the business as well. Billing was timely, professional and courteous. Paul is very conscientious about the product he delivers and it shows. Paul has on numerous occasions, made wonderful donations to our community and many non-profit organizations. He is well respected in our geographic area, by his employees, and by his colleagues."

"Our Birthday/Reunion Event at The Farm at Lee Martinez Park Saturday afternoon, 25 Aug 2007, was a great success due in large part to the catered luncheon buffet that you provided. I initially contacted Stephanie, then Paul, and later Cheryl who was great in assisting with the planning. We want to thank all of you for your professional, friendly and excellent manner in handling the event. We especially appreciated the staff, Sarah and Michelle, for their efficiency, courtesy, and friendliness. I never got a final count on how many were there, but I think we may have exceeded the 65 count, by including all the little kids that were
there. Everyone that talked to me about the food had positive comments. No one had anything negative to say. Several asked who the caterer was, and we were glad to tell them - and will highly recommend you to others. Thank You for everything. Good Job!!"
