Northern Colorado Catering’s menu contains the description and prices for all of our food and catering services. This includes details about special packages that are designed to simplify the planning process. For those who have food allergies, we also offer customized menu options.
Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice until commitment date. Price commitments will be provided 60 days before the scheduled function. A late charge may be assessed for deviations from scheduled times.
Surcharges are not gratuity charges. An additional 20% surcharge based on food and beverage sales is automatically added to the contract. Surcharges cover all behind the scenes planning and orchestrating for your event. Including, but not limited to: Staffing needs, additional funds for food preparation, unloading and packing up, vehicle maintenance, insurance costs, and miscellaneous rentals that are not charged directly to the client. Surcharges are not gratuity charges.
NCC does not charge gratuity fees on your invoice. If you believe that our staff went above and beyond with services and expectations, please feel free to add a gratuity to your final payment. We will then distribute the gratuity accordingly to our staff involved you’re your event.
$30.00 per Truck and per Zone, Our Zone is Tri City of Fort Collins, Windsor, and Loveland. Delivery outside of Fort Collins will be assessed by time and mileage then charged accordingly.
Our professional staff is $20.00 per hour and ensures efficient and courteous service for your event. Rates are set per hour for service attendants, servers, chefs and bartenders. In order to ensure proper service during your event, Northern Colorado Catering recommends the following guidelines for staffing:
Buffet Service One Service Staff for every 32 guests
Plated Service One Service Staff for every 16 guests
Beer & Wine Bar One Bartender for every 100 guests
Full Spirit Bar One Bartender for every 50 guests
Buffet Attendant One for every 50 guest up to 200 guests
Service Staff, Bartender $20/hour
Food Attendant $20/hour
Northern Colorado Catering does not charge extra for cake cutting, champagne pouring or service with a smile.
Confirmation Contract ~ Deposits ~ Payments
A signed contract and a deposit of 25% is required for all events in order to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance on your invoice. The full pre-payment is due
seven days prior to the event.
Signed and a deposit of which ever greater ~ (25% or $1000.00) are required for all events in order to secure the date, this deposit is non-refundable
Are retained and used for administrative and vendor pre costs to your event date that are not reversible, deposit will be applied to your final balance due on your invoice, Larger events or $5000.00 may require a second deposit upon request by caterer 60 Days Prior.
The full pre-payment is due 10 days prior to the event
American Express, Master Card, Business or Personal Check, Visa & Money Order
Minimum Guarantees & Final Guarantees
(Northern Colorado Catering will prepare for the number of guests guaranteed plus 5% over the guaranteed number.)
Thirty Days Prior: All menu choices and a current minimum guaranty must be completed.
Two Weeks Prior: In Order to meet food-ordering deadlines, all menu choices must be completed and a current minimum guaranty
Five Business Days: Final increase only, No Decrease in attendees is accepted without approval of the caterer in writing.
Alcohol and Bars
Northern Colorado Catering requires that payment for any alcohol be paid separately, as we are not licensed to sell alcohol for profit or accommodate cash basis bars.
The State Liquor Control Board regulates alcoholic beverages, and our bartenders are trained to use their discretion in the distribution of alcohol. The client must acknowledge that Northern Colorado Catering waives responsibility for any
mishaps or accidents resulting from misuse or over consumption of alcoholic beverages.
If alcohol transportation is provided by Northern Colorado Catering, the following fees apply:
Delivery of Alcohol to Reception Site $50.00 Handling Fee
Removal and Return of Alcohol $50.00 Handling Fee
If client is returning the alcohol on their own, advance arrangements must be in place.
Client may retain leftovers, but you must provide your own containers. Northern Colorado Catering staff will package up the leftovers and store in a refrigerator at the facility, if available, for a designated person to pick up. Northern Colorado Catering can provide containers with advanced notice and additional costs.
We work with vendors and secure any and all rental items you require to complete your special event.
Event/Staffing times are based on the allowances required by each independent site.
Typical time lines are as follows:
Two Hour Set-Up
Five Hour Service Staff, Bar Service, Cake Cutting, Toast, Table Bussing, etc.
Two Hour Clean Up & Tear Down
Additional requirements & restrictions may apply in accordance with individual venue policies.
Events cancelled after receiving the signed contract and deposit will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Northern Colorado Catering shall not be liable for the non-performance of this contract when attributed to labor troubles,
disputes, strikes, government (State, Federal or Municipal) regulations of or restrictions on travel or supplies, riots, natural emergencies, Acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable
control, preventing or interfering with Northern Colorado Catering performance. In such an event, Northern
Colorado Catering shall not be liable to the customer for any damages whether actual or consequential, which may result from such non-performance.
