Disclosures
Northern Colorado Catering shall not be liable for the non-performance of this contract when attributed to labor troubles, disputes, strikes, government (State, Federal or Municipal) regulations of or restrictions on travel or supplies, riots, natural emergencies, Acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control, preventing or interfering with Northern Colorado Catering performance In such an event, Northern Colorado Catering shall not be liable to the customer for any damages whether actual or consequential, which may result from such non-performance. Breech in agreement by PNP LLC dba Northern Colorado Catering will result in refund pertaining to the contracted agreement section in breech
Cancellations
Events cancelled after receiving the signed contract and deposit will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Rescheduling of the dated event is always granted based on date availability, usually as soon as possible.
Additional costs may apply if perishable ingredients need re-preparations, or subcontracted costs may need to be recharged.
Insurance
Northern Colorado Catering maintains all insurances to protect Catering Staff, Guests and Events Sites, Details are available upon request.
